Ben Lehrer oversees the early, schematic and design development phases for Lehrer Architects LA.  He is especially passionate about urban-scale, social justice, and community projects. In addition to his role at Lehrer Architects, he has written a festival-selected screenplay, as well as having written and illustrated a graphic novel and two children’s books revolving around his expertise in Judaic and Middle Eastern Studies. He also occupies as a central role as soccer coach to his son, Gabriel, and art-partner to his daughter, Roxanna. He received a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University in Near Eastern Studies and a Master in Architecture from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
