Trina Turk Headquarters

The challenge for Lehrer Architects was to harness the untapped potential of a one-level masonry warehouse without structural changes. The design optimizes the workplace within the existing structure, seamlessly integrating various departments to reflect the client's creative process. Translucent walls foster intimacy and allow natural light to permeate, and a vibrant, durable epoxy floor, accented with Trina Turk's signature yellow stripe, enhances the architecture's muscularity. This transformation not only improves functionality but also showcases how architecture can positively impact collaboration .

Communicating with the shared language of design, both architect and client infused an attention to detail into their spatial and material considerations.
